The last meeting of 2021 and this was our Christmas meeting, with cards being exchanged and lots of nibbles to eat. At the end of the meeting all the leftover food and drinks were auctioned off. Our last bottle show was discussed and everyone agreed that it had been a brilliant day. Hopefully The March show will not be affected by the dreaded Covid.

On the Finds table we start off with the WILLIAMS & LITCHFIELD ALDERSHOT flagon which Hodgy bought at the Alton show. He also picked up the DAWSON BOTANICAL BREWER ALDERSHOT at Elsecar.He is a collector of Aldershot items and so he was well pleased. The ELDAILE WYALL FARNHAM flagon was bought at the Farnham Maltings market by David. This is one that we have never heard of before. He also brought along the A FLINT HORSHAM bottle. Have seen these before and probably dates around 1870 - 1880's. The aqua KILLGERM DISINFECTANT POISONOUS NOT TO BE TAKEN is a very attractive bottle. Not seen before. Although not bottle connected Graham brought along the old copper jug and the bell. Need a bit of polish though.
