FEB 2023

This evenings meeting was our regular February Fish and Chips night. We had a good attendance and after the main course Gill had prepared scones with strawberry jam, cream and blueberries on top. So we were all pretty full up. On the finds table was the lovely Doulton bedwarmer, picked up by Dave at a charity shop. Jordon brought along the 3 lovely 20oz poisons, which he has dug in the past 18 months - not all from the same site. David brought along the blue DOVE, PHILLIPS and PETT soda syphon which he purchased from a local market. His acme TAYLOR STAINES pictorial codd was found on Facebook. Mick brought a;long the WM BARTLETT& CO, IRONMONGERS, YORKTOWN, SURREY stoneware bottle. Yorktown is a part of Camberley, so fairly local. The sparkling J LONG, WHITCHURCH codd was Georges charity shop find. Micky found the blue ODOL bottle in a charity shop together with the small labelled Menthol cream pot from Barnham in Sussex.

 

The competition was for 3 different colour poisons,

The next Club meeting will be on Weds Mar 8th. The competition is for one pot lid (Not Toothpaste)
